Position
The candidate, based in the production site of Bagno a Ripoli, will join the industrial planning production office. He/she will manage the team of raw materials production, in accordance to plan activities with timing and priorities.
Job responsibilities
- Develop, plan, organize procurement strategies;
- Monitor the production progress with respect to planning in order to ensure the objectives set;
- Make analysis and report of the production materials and present results of reports with their relative impacts to the business to management;
- Collaborate with the all team involved in the production process (purchasing, planning FP, supply chain, warehouse and logistics office) to control delivery times and priorities;
- Manage customer’s orders;
- Create production orders;
- Analyze and implement improvement actions regarding workflows and working times.
Profile
- Master’s degree in management engineering or economics;
- 5-8 years’ experience in similar role preferably in the fashion industry;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
- Procurement skills;
- Team working skills;
- Understanding and ability to analyse business processes;
- Strong attention to details;
- Excellent organizational and planning skills;
- Flexibility and ability to interact with stakeholders.
Additional information
For new joiners for this role in Italy, the annual gross salary associated with this position is EUR 56,187.
This is only the initial annual gross salary granted to this position.
This figure has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria and reflects the starting salary normally applicable to the position at the time of publication of this job posting.
Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current organizational needs.
This role is also eligible for bonuses, subject to Fendi's discretion and based on factors such as individual and/or organizational performance.
On top of legal benefits, further benefits are provided in accordance with current company policies.
This position is subject to the provisions of the collective bargaining agreement (CCNL Pelli e Succedanei) applicable to the role and applied by Fendi in Italy.
