Responsible for quality inspection of internal parts to meet standard.
Improve and develop internal quality inspection method.
Supervise and control QC staffs at in-process part(inspector

Primary Responsibilities

General Management :
Operation

Control and monitor QC shifts. Support the improvement, revision or issue documents for the inspection and quality control, WI.
Lead the team to inspect product quality of internal production from the time of the production
Coordinate if problems occur during production and be a leader to organize a meeting with concerned people to draw up corrective actions and preventive actions.
Follow up the modification with concerned person efficiently.
Manage the modification improvement and maintain of Control plan, Error Proofing.
To be a leader for 8D Internal Report issue (Internal corrective action reports).
To be a leader for evaluate efficiency of patrol inspection
Provide training and knowledge to production operators including report quality problems each month to all operators to be aware and participated in prevention.




Support and check Poka Yoke system with Engineering and Production department and follow up Poka Yoke related issues.
Supports all tasks concerning quality inspection of production line.
Prepare weekly & monthly report.
Manage IVC test.

Authorized level

1. If found serious quality issue(Lot issue etc.) during production. PQC Engineer have authorize to stop line by coordinate with concerned units, e.g. PRO,ENG(IND),Maintenance and concern department.

Safety and Compliance

1. Maintain or minimize EHS Hazard/Risk and Environmental impact from any activities perform in the premise.

2. Report when abnormal case on EHS Hazard and Environmental issue is found.

3. Give suggestion for EHS Hazard and Environmental improvement.

4. Participate in the programs / activities concerning EHS Hazard and Environment improvement.

5. Work complying with the EHS Hazard and Environmental policy, rules and work instruction strictly
