Position
The Logistics Planner plays a key role in organizing and optimizing the Hub's logistics flows. This position ensures the alignment between raw material order preparation and the transportation plan, while managing customer emergencies and optimizing the operational workload.
Job responsibilities
Planning and Launching Preparation Waves:
- Ensure adherence to the transportation plan and delivery deadlines.
- Optimize the sequence of the operatoins waves to maximize operational efficiency.
- Coordinate planning with other Hub stakeholders (Team Leader, Transport Coordinator).
Daily Workload and Capacity Management:
- Adjust resources based on volumes and priorities.
- Collaborate closely with operational teams to optimize flows.
- Anticipate peak periods and adapt processes accordingly.
Customer Emergency Management and Priority Adjustment:
- React quickly to unforeseen requests by adjusting schedules.
- Maintain fluid communication with operational teams and internal clients.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by finding solutions adapted to Hub constraints.
Ensuring a 100% Service Rate.
Profile
- Degree in Economics/Engineering.
- At least three to four years of experience in production management within modernly structured companies, preferably in the logistic field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); knowledge of SAP management software.
- Essential deep knowledge of French, good knowledge of English.
- Strong organizational skills, project management abilities, and aptitude for teamwork.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with various stakeholders.
- Assertiveness and ability to enforce deadlines and required standards.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel both in Italy and abroad.
