Carlo Ratti Associati (CRA) is seeking a Staff Writer to join our Communications team in Turin. This role is ideal for a talented and driven communicator who is passionate about design, technology, and architecture — and who can tell compelling stories across multiple formats.

As a Staff Writer, you will contribute to a wide range of content, from project descriptions and press releases to articles, web copy, and social media. Working closely with our internal teams, you’ll help shape how CRA’s projects and vision are shared with the world.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft and edit clear, engaging content for press releases, newsletters, websites, project descriptions, and more

- Collaborate with architects, designers, and the communications team to understand and articulate the essence of each project

- Support media relations by preparing press kits and assisting with outreach

- Contribute to social media content planning and caption writing

- Conduct background research to support editorial content

- Assist in proofreading and editing materials across platforms

Qualifications:





- Native English speaker with excellent writing and editing skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt tone and style to different formats

- A background in communications, journalism, architecture, design, or related fields

- Curiosity and enthusiasm for architecture, urban innovation, and design

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Familiarity with media and PR processes is a plus
