nss is a creative media agency that explores the link between fashion and street culture creating unique projects. We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join the events team. This key role requires a reliable and self-motivated individual who wants to join a fast-paced and highly creative environment.

Scope of Assignment

- Planning, organising, and managing client and in-house projects from start to finish

- Work within timelines, deadlines and budgets

- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time
- Work closely with the creative team to improve workflows and ongoing processes

- Strong problem solving and ability to collaborate with both creative and executive teams
- Focusing especially on events production and management
- Improve and optimize workflows with various teams

Qualifications

- Minimum 1+ years of Project Management experience in the creative industry




- Resilience and ability to handle multiple projects at once
- Strong organizational sense and ability to work under pressure
- Understanding of the nss aesthetic and target
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to think analytically
- Enjoying working in a forward-thinking, dynamic team

- Excellent knowledge of the Office package and Keynote
