Cervo Hotel, Costa Smeralda Resort, is the heart and soul of Costa Smeralda’s village, Porto Cervo.

We are looking for:

Commis/Demi chef de rang who will contribute to creating a unique and unforgettable experience for our guests.

Main responsibilities:

- Welcoming guests
- Preparing the bar/workstation or dining area and assisting with guest service
- Clearing tables, carrying out closing duties, and restocking tableware and other service items
- Accurately and promptly recording transactions in the MICROS system
- Checking guest satisfaction with each course and beverage
- Performing other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager based on operational needs

Profile:

- Good food and beverage knowledge and a passion for hospitality




- Welcoming and communicative approach
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude
- Neat and well-groomed appearance
- Good command of English

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo completo, Tempo determinato

Retribuzione: a partire da €1.620,00 al mese
