- In EU and publicly funded contexts, developing consortia and partnerships to design and win competitive grant proposals (e.g., Horizon Europe, Innovate UK).

Business Development & Commercial Awareness

- Developing business cases, conducting market analysis, and performing financial assessments to support go/no-go decisions.
- Ensuring that innovation efforts align with business growth targets and deliver measurable return on investment.
- Managing project budgets and reporting financial performance to executive leadership.

Communication & Reporting





- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation and reporting frameworks.
- Presenting project updates and strategic recommendations to senior management and steering groups.
- Leading dissemination activities such as organizing events, conferences, and stakeholder engagement activities.
