We are a group of authentic Chinese restaurants with locations in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, and Eindhoven. We specialize in traditional hotpot and handmade (hand-pulled) noodles, prepared according to authentic recipes and with high-quality ingredients. To strengthen our kitchen team in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, and Eindhoven, we are looking for 7 Independent working cooks I.

Duties:

- preparing ingredients yourself

- application of basic cooking techniques

- providing input regarding the composition and modification of menus, the menu, and methods

- responsible for inventory and order management

- technically supervising assistant(s)

Job Requirements

- MBO 3 working and thinking level

- demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques

We offer

A competitive salary between € 2,510 and € 3,050 gross per month, depending on experience. Employment conditions in accordance with the Hospitality CLA (and adjusted in the event of CLA changes)
