Job Description:

We're looking for an Electrical Systems Engineer to join our Technical Tendering team. You'll play a key role in transforming customer needs into winning technical proposals for power system projects that span HV, MV, and LV networks across global markets.

What will you do?

- Analyze customer requirements and define electrical system solutions for tendering opportunities
- Provide technical support to opportunity leaders by optimizing proposals and selecting appropriate equipment
- Identify technical risks and ensure solution competitiveness and compliance before bid submission
- Define engineering budgets and package interfaces to enable seamless handover to execution teams

- Electrical Engineering — foundational level; applying core principles to power system design and specification
- Technical Solution Design — developing level; creating compliant proposals that meet customer project requirements
- Tendering — foundational level; supporting bid preparation and ensuring technical competitiveness
- Power Systems Design — developing level; defining architectures for HV, MV, and LV electrical networks
- Requirements Analysis — developing level; translating customer needs into actionable technical specifications
- Risk Assessment — foundational level; identifying technical risks in solution proposals before submittal
- Problem Solving — developing level; addressing technical challenges within defined project parameters
- Technical Documentation — developing level; preparing specifications and proposals for tendering teams
