We at New Asaka Sushi Enschede B.V. are looking for a motivated Independent Chef (Level I) to strengthen our kitchen team. Our restaurant is located at Zuiderhagen 53, 7511 GK in Enschede. Your Responsibilities:

- Selecting, preparing (washing, cutting, mixing, etc.), and cooking dishes according to recipes.
- Conducting intermediate checks (doneness, taste, color, etc.) and making adjustments as needed.
- Ensuring consistent quality and hygiene.
- Coordinating and directing (assistant) chefs and kitchen staff.
- Maintaining inventory, ordering ingredients, and checking deliveries.
- Daily cleaning of the work environment, kitchen equipment, and workstations.
- Reporting technical faults and resolving minor issues.
- Providing input on menu composition, changes, and methods.
