What we expect from you

- M. Sc in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in an R&D; environment
- Good knowledge of Python for test automation and related frameworks (Robot Framework, etc.)
- Self-motivated and capable of working alone and within teams
- Good written and oral communication skills to enable effective communication with peers, managers, and customers
- Proficient in Italian and English
- Strong motivation for the Employeneurship model of TMC

What you can expect from us

The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the base gross annual salary (Gross Annual Salary – RAL) will be no less than €34,000,



in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services.

TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above.

In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance. Further details will be provided during the recruitment process, in accordance with the company's applicable policies.
