Job Title: Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategy & Vision: Define the product roadmap and OKRs, aligning with the company’s strategic goals.
- Execution: Write detailed PRDs (Product Requirements Documents), manage the backlog, and lead sprint planning with engineering teams.
- Customer Discovery: Conduct user interviews and analyze usage data to identify pain points and untapped opportunities.
- Go-to-Market: Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to launch new features, create internal enablement materials, and drive adoption.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate progress, trade-offs, and timelines to executive leadership and key clients.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 3–5 years of Product Management experience in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Technical Acumen:



Ability to understand APIs, SQL, and system architecture (you don’t need to code, but you need to speak the language).
- Data-Driven: Proficient in using analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics) to inform decisions.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; capable of influencing without authority.

Nice to Have:

- MBA or equivalent technical degree.
