Job Title: Project Manager

Job Summary:
A Project Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing projects from initiation to completion. They ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards while coordinating teams, managing resources, and communicating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and assign tasks effectively.
- Monitor project progress and resolve issues or risks promptly.
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
- Communicate project updates to clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulations.
- Track project performance using key metrics and prepare progress reports.
- Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and maintain project documentation.
- Lead project closeout activities, including evaluations and lessons learned.

Qualifications:





- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management or a similar leadership role.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM are an advantage.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, Jira, or Monday.com).
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.

Pay: €30,000.00 - €38,000.00 per year
