About this vacancy

We are looking for a Hardware Engineer who will be responsible for all phases of designing analog, power, or signal electronic boards:

- Defining the schematic based on requirements
- Supporting design and layout using software such as Altium, Orcad, and Spice
- Assisting with test and validation procedures for the boards to evaluate their functionality
- Preparing documentation

What we expect from you

- Master's degree in electronic engineering or related fields
- Experience, even gained in university settings, in hardware design
- Knowledge of software such as Altium, PSpice, or LTspice
- Familiarity with the use of laboratory instrumentation, such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, and multimeters
- Proficiency in Italian and English

The following will be considered a plus:

- Knowledge of communication interfaces such as I2C, SPI, UART, Bluetooth, and USB

What you can expect from us





The position offers a permanent contract, and the gross annual salary (RAL) base offered will not be less than €30,000, in line with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi. TMC is committed to proposing a competitive compensation package, and at the end of the selection process, after evaluating the candidate's experiences, skills, and qualifications, may offer a final RAL exceeding the above-mentioned amount. In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a direct project profit-sharing component, an individual budget for skills development of €4,000 net per year, and an annual welfare credit.
