As a P2P Industrial Accountant, you will support Procure to Pay activities for Kering's industrial entities. You will collaborate with the Finance team to handle invoicing, closing processes, Intrastat reporting, and intercompany reconciliations, ensuring accurate financials and compliance. You’ll work in a global luxury group during a growth phase, contributing to efficient P2P operations and timely financial reporting. This is a hands‑on role with cross‑functional interaction and opportunities to impact finance processes at scale.

- Post invoices for Merch flow for NIB and Brioni (global flows)
- Monitor invoice due dates and reconcile vendor statements
- Serve as POC for Controllers and Intrastat activities
- Intrastat extraction and submission (ICO/IPOC), coordinate with external consultant
- Manage monthly and annual closing activities, including accruals analysis by vendor and category
- Perform intercompany reconciliations on a monthly basis
- Conduct VAT register checks (progressive numbers for ICO‑IP0)
- Perform CoCpit checks on Reverse Charge Flow to SDI
Qualifications
- General accounting knowledge with IFRS understanding
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
- Proactive, detail‑oriented with strong analytical skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Effective team player with strong communication and autonomous working style
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Working knowledge of AS400, JD Edwards and/or SAP a plus
- Fluent in Italian;
good command of English(written and spoken)
