We are looking for a person with a passion for organizational transformation and innovative approaches in culture shaping!

How you will support the Team:

? Contribute to various initiatives to a new DAB dynamic culture, including Internal Communities, Agile Days, Learning Week, Continuous Learning programs, and implementation of a new Leadership Model.

? Support the creation of frameworks for Strategy, Lean, and Agile methodologies.

? Analyze current company ecosystems, including startups, universities, and remote teams.

? Develop training materials to support learning and development initiatives.

? Learn, support, and facilitate agile events and company projects.

Who you are:

? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, Humanities, or a related field;





? Fluent written and spoken English.

? Basic understanding of agile methodologies and Lean or willingness to learn

? Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment

? Genuine interest in organizational transformation and driving positive change.

? Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges.
