Addetto/a reparto attrezzeria

Responsibilities

- Preparare le attrezzature e le materie prime nel rispetto delle procedure di sicurezza e dell’utilizzo dei dispositivi di protezione individuale (DPI)
- Effettuare l’affilatura delle attrezzature e degli utensili
- Lavorare e preparare le materie prime a supporto delle attività dei Tool Maker
- Condurre e gestire il forno di trattamento termico
- Supportare le attività di lean manufacturing attraverso l’applicazione della metodologia 5S: Selezionare, Sistemare, Pulire, Standardizzare e Sostenere

Qualifications

- Diploma di scuola secondaria superiore o formazione tecnica/professionale in ambito meccanico o manifatturiero, oppure esperienza equivalente
- Conoscenza di base delle lavorazioni meccaniche, inclusi rettifica, fresatura e tornitura
- Disponibilità e capacità di lavorare su turni e di sostenere i requisiti fisici del ruolo in un ambiente agile e ad alta intensità operativa
- Forte attenzione alle normative di sicurezza, agli standard di qualità e alle procedure operative di reparto
