Taj-Mahal is a renowned Indian restaurant in Breda, known for its authentic dishes, rich spices, and traditional cooking techniques. We work with fresh ingredients and value quality, craftsmanship, and a pleasant working environment within the team. To strengthen our kitchen staff, we are looking for an Independent wokring cook I.

As an Independent wokring cook I, you will be responsible for the daily kitchen operations and actively contribute to the quality and continuity of our kitchen.

Duties:

- Prepare ingredients ourselves

- Apply basic cooking techniques

- Provide input on the composition and modification of menus, menu items, and methods

- Responsible for inventory and order management

- Provide professional guidance to assistants.

Job Requirements

- MBO Level 3 work and thinking level

- Demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques

Competitive salary between €2,510 and €3,050 gross per month

(depending on experience and skills,



adjusted for Collective Labor Agreement Scale 5 changes)
