ph3About the Role /h3 pAddetto Payroll at EY supports the People Advisory Services (PAS) – Global Payroll – managing payroll and personnel administration for medium and large multinational clients. /p h3Location /h3 pMilan, Turin, Rome. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liProcess monthly and annual payroll, gradually gaining autonomy in main tasks. /li liCollate and maintain administrative personnel data for national and international clients, developing a complete view of payroll processes. /li liOperate Zucchetti system for operational tasks and controls, with mentorship from senior colleagues. /li liHelp prepare reports, verifications, and reconciliations, turning data and deadlines into concrete client solutions. /li liGradually build client relationships and coordinate activities, joining an international specialized team. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liMinimum one year of experience in payroll administration, either in commercial studies or corporate HR. /li liGood knowledge of current payroll regulations and contributions. /li liProficiency in main national collective labour agreements (CCNL). /li liGood command of English (written and spoken). /li liStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office. /li liExcellent relational and communication skills. /li liTeam‑work attitude and problem‑solving ability. /li /ul h3Benefits Development /h3 ul liInvestimento in future skills: AI events, tools, and courses available from day one.
