Competitive compensation and benefits. /ppThe Head of Operational Excellence will lead continuous improvement and optimisation initiatives across the company’s European renewable energy portfolio, with a focus on operational performance, cost efficiency, scalability, and standardisation. This role works transversally across Operations, Asset Management, Engineering, and OM, driving operational standards, contractor governance, and performance frameworks, while ensuring lessons learned from operations are embedded into future project design and execution. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliLead optimization of operational contracts, including OM agreements, security services, and SCADA/communication scopes. /liliDrive contractor consolidation and standardization strategies to improve service quality and achieve economies of scale. /liliDefine owner’s operational requirements, contractual KPIs, and performance scorecards. /liliSupport and lead European-level RFP processes,



including technical specifications, benchmarking, and negotiations. /liliMonitor portfolio performance, identify underperformance trends, and drive corrective and preventive actions with internal and external stakeholders. /liliIntegrate operational lessons learned into engineering standards, project design, component selection, and operational accessibility requirements. /liliPromote operational safety, compliance, and risk mitigation in collaboration with HSE, Quality, and contractors. /liliIdentify opportunities for OPEX reduction and operational efficiency improvements across regions and technologies. /liliDefine and implement company-wide operational standards, procedures, and digital tools. /liliSupport onboarding and integration of new assets into the operational portfolio. /liliAct as a central coordination point between Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Quality, Legal, and OM teams /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliStrong technical background in renewable energy operations, particularly Solar PV and BESS, or comparable industrial OM environments. /liliExperience managing OEM contracts, LTSA agreements, SCADA/communication systems, and operational service providers. /liliProven experience in operational excellence, process improvement, contractor management, and cost optimization. /liliStrong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate operational data into actionable insights. /liliExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. /liliAbility to work in a fast-paced, international, and matrix-managed environment. /li /ulbEconergy is an equal opportunity employer and encourages applicants from all backgrounds to apply /b /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
