Ensure accurate HS classification and documentation for all cross-border activities (new SKUs, imports/exports/returns). Oversee and audit the performance of customs Brokers/Agents to guarantee accurate declarations. /li libSanctions Export Controls: /b Manage restricted party screening for customers and suppliers. Evaluate trade compliance scenarios related to export controls, licensing needs, and restricted end-use/end-users, coordinating the escalation of potential concerns. /li libRisk Management Audits: /b Perform risk assessments and identify vulnerabilities in shipping terms, valuations, and origin records. Support internal reviews, regulatory inquiries, and audit remediation, maintaining appropriate records and compliance dashboards (BI). /li libAdvisory Training: /b Act as the main point of contact for internal teams regarding cross-border shipments and trade-related requirements. International Business, Economics, or related fields (relevant certifications like CTP or UCC are a strong plus). /li libCore Trade Expertise: /b Solid experience in EU customs, import/export compliance, sanctions regimes, dual-use controls, and origin procedures. Must have hands-on experience with HS classification, denied party screening, export licenses, and knowledge of AEO/CTPAT programs. /li libAnalytical Data Skills: /b Strong ability to interpret complex regulations, conduct internal audits, and manage Business Intelligence (BI) tools/dashboards to monitor compliance KPIs. /li libSoft Skills: /b Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills to effectively translate complex trade regulations for non-specialist teams. /li /ul h3Contractual Corporate Compensation /h3 ul libContract Type: /b Permanent, Full-time. /li libSalary Range (Gross Annual Salary / RAL) /b: €34,000 – €51,000.
