This person will be based in ouroffice in Milan (with the possibility of hybrid remote working) and report to the EPC Director.br/ /p h3What you’ll do /h3 ul liAct as theEPC Director’s key technical partner, supporting strategic and operationaldecisions across the project portfolio.br/ /li liOversee engineering activities throughout the fullproject lifecycle, from early-stage development and feasibility throughprocurement, construction, commissioning and operations.br/ /li liReview and approve technical studies, layouts,designs, energy-yield assessments and risk analyses, ensuring quality,consistency and compliance with applicable standards.br/ /li liPlay a central role in site engineeringactivities for utility-scale renewable energy projects, supporting bothpre-construction and construction phases, ensuring that technical design, siteconstraints and constructability requirements are properly integrated intoproject execution.br/ /li liWork closely with Development, Procurement,Construction, Investment, Legal and Asset Management teams to support projectdelivery, financing and divestment.br/ /li liLead the technical aspects of tenders,
bidevaluations, equipment selection and support the negotiations with EPCcontractors, consultants and suppliers.br/ /li liManage external technical advisors and monitor market,regulatory and technology developments to identify risks and improvementopportunities.br/ /li liLead, manage and develop the engineering team,defining priorities, responsibilities, technical standards and ways of working. br/ /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 h3Whatyou’ll need /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master’s degreein Engineering (Electrical Engineering will be considered a plus).br/ /li liAt least 8 years of experiencein renewable energy engineering and project delivery, with strong exposure toutility-scale solar PV.br/ /li liStrong knowledge of therenewable energy project lifecycle, including development, design, procurement,construction and commissioning.br/ /li liExperience with technical duediligence, tender processes, contractor selection and EPC or equipment supplynegotiations.br/ /li liStrong leadership, analytical andcommunication skills,
