The role will work closely with the company’sTreasury team to ensure that payments are accurate, properly authorized, andprocessed within the agreed deadlines . T his person will be based in Milan(with the possibility of hybrid remote working)and report to the Accounting Manager. /ph3What you’ll do: /h3ulliPrepare and manage payment proposalsfor suppliers and other company obligations; /liliVerify the completeness and accuracyof payment documentation; /liliEnsure that purchase orders,invoices and payments have followed the appropriate approval process; /liliCoordinate payment schedules anddeadlines with the Treasury team; /liliReconcile payment transactions andinvestigate any discrepancies; /liliManage relationships with internal andexternal stakeholders regarding payment status and administrative matters; /liliAssociate purchase invoiceswith orders and verify their approval; /liliSupport accounting activitiesrelated to accounts payable and bank transactions; /liliAssist with month-end and year-endclosing activities; /liliContribute to the improvementand automation of payment and administrative processes. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3h3What you'll need: /h3ulliAt least 2 years of experiencein procurement,
