/ppbr / /ppWe are looking for an strongAssociate Electrical Engineer /strong to lead the technical delivery of our Data Centre and Pharmaceutical projects.

/ppbr / /ppstrongTHE ROLE /strong /ppbr / /ppYou will be the electrical lead of our projects in Italy as well as key member on other international projects, working closely with all the other disciplines (Architecture, Structures, Civils and Sustainability) and clients to deliver innovative designs.
/pulliLead electrical technical design for all project stages (From Concept to Construction) including carrying out calculations, concept development, Project coordination, HS and Risk management and project delivery.
/liliSupervise and coordinate teams of engineers and technicians, assigning tasks, providing technical guidance, and ensuring team cohesion toward project goals.
/liliIdentify and specify appropriate electrical equipment and components to meet project objectives, considering energy efficiency, reliability, redundancy, and system compatibility.
/liliEnsure full compliance with Italian regulations.
/liliProduce and sign off official submissions to local authorities.
/liliManage project coordination, QA/QC procedures, and risk management.
/liliMentor junior engineers and liaise with senior management on project escalations.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWHAT WE NEED /strong /ppbr / /pullistrongDegree in Electrical, /strong Industrial, Energy Engineering or equivalent.
/lilistrongMust-Have:
/strong Deep knowledge of Italian regulations.
/lilistrongMinimum of 6 years /strong of professional experience, preferable with previous experience in Data Centre or Pharmaceutical projects in Italy.
/liliExperience in producing, delivering and possibly signing off official submissions to local authorities.
/lilistrongLanguage: /strong Full professional fluency in spoken and written strongItalian and English /strong.
/lilistrongProject management: /strongProven experience in electrical project management, with the ability to provide autonomous leadership and coordinate small teams of engineers /lilistrongRevit Navisworks: /strongCompetent in the use of Revit and Navisworks /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWHY JOIN US?
