/liliEnforce UAT and sandbox protocol compliance to maintain system health throughout the configuration lifecycle.
/liliSupport project delivery and handover, collaborating with consultants to transition to customer success teams and provide oversight during the design phase.
/liliShare thought leadership, industry use cases, and lessons learned to continuously improve customer experience.
/liliStay informed about Managed Services initiatives on assigned accounts, ensuring alignment and continuity across engagements.
/li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulli8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture and consulting, focusing on complex CCaaS/digital transformation.




/liliHands?on experience with Sprinklr platform implementations and integrations.
/liliExperience in telco/call center network/infrastructure, SaaS/Cloud enterprise architecture, and Fortune 500 environments.
/liliProficient in telephony, network, database, core data design, security, and integrations.
/liliSkilled with REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and platform authentication methods (SAML, SSO, OAuth).
/liliKnowledge of relational databases and MongoDB.
/liliAble to work with functional business leaders to develop outcome?focused roadmaps and requirements.
/liliProactive, quick learner, strong team player with deep understanding of the software development lifecycle.
/liliFluency in English and Italian required.
/li /ulh3Location and Work Arrangements /h3pBased in Milan, Italy.
The role requires onsite presence at customer premises three days per week.
