In this role you drive the promotion and adoption of Victaulic HVAC systems in the North of Italy. You work cross-functionally with sales, technical support, and distributors to educate customers, support installations, and secure project specifications. You will train contractor staff, visit sites, and coordinate with local teams to meet growth targets. train contractor personnel if required, and follow up on installations * Coordinate with other sales colleagues in the territory * Liaise with local Victaulic distributor for information flow * Provide weekly activity and market updates to Sales Director and help achieve budgeted results * University/College degree, preferably mechanical engineer (demonstrated equivalent acceptable) * 3–5 years of sales and technical knowledge in mechanical applications * Familiarity with mechanical applications or ability to quickly acquire knowledge * Customer-oriented approach with commercial ambition * Strong team orientation, communication skills, and professional appearance * Result-driven and adaptable to fast?paced environments * Willingness and ability to travel across Italy #J-*****-Ljbffr
