Straightline Consulting is growing, and we're looking for experienced Electrical and Mechanical Commissioning Project Leads to join our team in Milan. This isn't just another Senior Commissioning Manager role. You'll take ownership of major mission-critical projects, leading teams through every stage of the commissioning process while working alongside some of the industry's biggest clients. What you'll be doing: * Leading commissioning activities from planning through to client handover * Managing multidisciplinary commissioning teams across complex MEP systems * Driving quality, safety and programme delivery on hyperscale data centre projects * Developing commissioning plans, method statements and test scripts * Building strong relationships with clients,
