Overview In this role you will support Italy's PR, media relations, influencer programs, and social media to grow the Brooks community. You'll work with regional marketing teams to activate the integrated plan and drive brand visibility with local assets. You'll manage social content, events, and local PR with a hands?on, collaborative approach. This is a chance to shape Italy's market activation within a global running brand that values runners and community. Retribuzione / Benefits * Support digital marketing and social media activities aligned with Global/EMEA strategy * Coordinate content assets for brand, product, and events across social channels * Develop localized web content planning with the E?comm team * Manage social calendar to ensure timely, on?brand posts * Monitor social conversations and engage with followers * Report performance using Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Social Listening Tools * Assist PR & Influencer Manager in Italy with local activations and asset creation * Adapt EMEA PR plans to the local market and track influencer seeding * Coordinate local paid media plans (print, digital, podcasts)



* Prepare translations and local seasonal communications * Support event activation and community engagement with runners offline/online * Provide local market PR content and maintain relationship with local agencies Responsibilities * Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field * 1+ years of marketing experience client or agency side (brand, footwear, retail & lifestyle) * Knowledge of PR, influencer and brand communications * Familiarity with digital communications and social media (Instagram, Facebook, Strava, TikTok) * Experience with country/international marketing initiatives * Event organization experience (2–3 events/year) * Valid driver's license and ability to travel across the country * Ability to generate content during events * Creative and proactive mindset * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Hands?on, can?do mentality * Passion for running and active lifestyle * Commitment to Brooks values: Runner First, Word is Bond, Champion Heart, There is no 'I' in Run, Keep Moving #J-*****-Ljbffr
