You will ensure compliance with EU food safety regulations, manage HACCP protocols and lead continuous improvement initiatives. This role is central to delivering safe, sustainable and high-quality plant-based products to consumers across Europe. Responsibilities * Manage and continuously improve the HACCP system across all production lines * Conduct internal audits and prepare for external certification audits (BRC, IFS)



* Lead root cause analysis for quality incidents and implement corrective actions * Train production staff on food safety and hygiene standards * Liaise with suppliers on raw material specifications and incoming quality checks * Report quality KPIs to senior management monthly Must-have Requirements * Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or related field * Minimum 3 years experience in food quality management in a production environment * In-depth knowledge of HACCP, BRC/IFS standards and EU Regulation ******** * Internal auditor certification * Fluent Italian and good English Nice-to-have Requirements * Experience with plant-based or alternative protein products * Knowledge of allergen management systems * Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) Personal Requirements * Detail-oriented with zero tolerance for quality shortcuts * Strong leadership and ability to influence production teams * Calm under pressure during audits and incidents * Proactive mindset for continuous improvement Interested in this position?
