The Role
We're looking for a skilled
General Handyman
to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for handling a wide range of maintenance tasks, ensuring that properties remain in optimal condition and that our clients receive timely, high-quality service.
What You'll Do
Property Repairs
: Handle repairs across various properties, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues.
Preventative Maintenance
: Regularly inspect and service mechanical systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure efficiency.
Installations
: Perform installations, including flooring, piping, and other building components as needed.
Renovations
: Carry out repairs and renovations to structural elements like doors, windows, walls, and ceilings.
HVAC Maintenance
: Service and repair heating and air conditioning systems.
Organization & Cleanliness
: Maintain organized and clean workspaces, including managing trash and recycling systems.
Problem-Solving
: Address issues as they arise and apply your skills to resolve maintenance challenges efficiently.




Tools & Transportation
: Bring your own tools and have reliable transportation to get to job sites.
What We're Looking For
Experience
: Proven experience in general maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and minor renovations.
Skills
: Proficient with hand and power tools. Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
Physical Ability
: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
Transportation
: Reliable vehicle and the ability to commute to various job sites.
Communication
: Strong communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.
Flexibility
: Willingness to work on various tasks and adapt to different property needs.
Certifications
: A contractor or journeyman license is a premio.
