This dynamic position allows you to play a crucial role in helping customers who find themselves in emergency situations while enjoying the rich culture and history that Athens has to offer. As a member of our team, you will provide immediate support and guidance to Slovenian-speaking clients, ensuring their safety and peace of mind during roadside emergencies.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to emergency calls from Slovenian-speaking customers in a professional and compassionate manner.
Assess the customer's situation and provide clear and effective guidance while coordinating assistance.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests in the company's database.
Work collaboratively with local service providers to ensure timely assistance and resolution.
Provide excellent customer service, showing empathy and understanding in stressful situations.
Participate in training sessions to continually improve service delivery and response techniques.
Offer suggestions and feedback for enhancing service quality and customer satisfaction.
Fluency in
Slovenian
and
English
, both written and spoken.




Exceptional customer service skills with a strong ability to remain calm under pressure.
Strong problem-solving aptitude to effectively address customer inquiries.
Previous experience in customer service or emergency assistance is advantageous.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong commitment to providing a high standard of service and fostering customer trust.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
