As
Administrative Assistant
you will be in charge of the main administrative activities in Buddyfit. You will take part in the admin&finance; team, coordinating the day-to-day business operations.
Accounting
and
administration
activities
relating to the
company's economic transactions
(e.g. purchase orders, prime entries, registration of invoices, bank payments etc.)
Accounts receivable
billing
and
monitoring
Administration of the company's software for tracking
a
ttendance and absences
Travel bookings
– Flight, hotel, car and rail
General
office administration,
upkeep of office equipment and maintaining office supplies
External consultant relationships
( e.g labour consultant, tax consultant)
Degree in
economics/finance
would be appreciated
You have a basic understanding fundamental tax and
accounting
principles
Good knowledge of written and spoken
english
You love your job: you like to reach goals and have a
positive attitude
