Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients through in-depth discussions to gather their requirements and understand their business goals.
Develop and present tailored solutions that effectively address client challenges and add value.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing insightful recommendations to enhance client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support of solutions.
Conduct training sessions to empower clients in maximizing the use of our products and services.




Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to provide relevant guidance during consultations.
Fluency in Slovak (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is also required.
Experience in solutions consulting, customer service, or a related field is advantageous.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a client-focused mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients.
Technical proficiency and eagerness to learn about new technologies and tools.
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
