Key Responsibilities:
Review and assess user-generated content in Dutch to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
Maintain the quality of content by classifying and moderating submissions accurately.
Report and escalate inappropriate content or violations as necessary.
Provide insights and feedback on content trends to enhance moderation processes.
Collaborate with team members to improve content review frameworks.
Stay updated on moderation policies and practices.




Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
Previous experience in content moderation or similar fields is preferred.
Strong attention to detail with the capacity to apply guidelines consistently.
Excellent communication skills for effective discussion of moderation criteria.
Professional demeanor in handling potentially sensitive content.
Familiarity with online platforms and moderation tools is advantageous.
