We're looking for a
Content & Operations Intern
to help
Buddyfit
expand from a modest business to a global force in online
fitness
.
In this role you will
develop
and
manage
relationships
with our personal trainers, provide valuable content and insights to offer on our platform. You will be responsible of managing fitness classes for what concerns, mostly, the Spanish Market.

, and a strong attitude to achieve our challenging and rapidly evolving daily tasks. You will be required to recognize and come up with innovative solutions, be proficient in problem-solving, be able to defend your strategic decisions, and exercise autonomy in your execution.

Manage the
organisation of the new Content production
for Spanish market, it includes: schedule the recordings, organise the transfers, contract the personal trainers.
Analyse the feedback
received and come up with
solutions
to provide the best service to our customer.
Be responsible for
proposing new content
(in terms of Fitness Classes and Programs) to be offered on our platform and scheduling its release.
Analysis and interpretation of the data
in order to keep improve the contents.
Manage




Operating Tasks
on a daily basis.
Work
cross-functionally with the Brand and Marketing
teams to complete support tasks.
Bachelor's degree in Economics/Communication/Sports Management or related fields, if you have similar professional experience it should be great!
Be
passionate about the fitness world
and have
strong soft skills
to be able to relate to different people on a daily basis.
Excellent project management abilities, the capacity to multitask successfully and excellent
communications
skills.
Capacity to
collaborate
across
functional
lines
, working hard, being versatile and ready to adapt to changes or new activities.
You have a good command of the Office package.
English
and
Italian
at a professional level is required.
