ph3Overview /h3pWe are looking for a bilingual Human Resource Manager to join our organization. The human resource manager is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource function. They will assist with the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource corporate office in recruiting, staffing, employee onboarding/offboarding, training, and benefits administration. This is an on-site position in Doral, FL. (Miami Area) /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelops and administers various human resources plan and procedures for all company personnel. /liliPlans, organizes and controls all activities of the department. /liliParticipates in developing department goals, objectives and systems. /liliImplements and annually updates the compensation program; rewrites job descriptions as necessary; conducts annual salary surveys and develops merit pool (salary budget); analyzes compensation; monitors the performance evaluation program and revises as necessary. /liliDevelops, recommends and implements personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains handbook on policies and procedures. /liliPerforms benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, annual re-evaluation of policies for cost-effectiveness, information activities program and cash flow. /liliDevelops and maintains affirmative action program; maintains other records, reports and logs to conform to EEO regulations if applicable. /liliConducts recruitment effort for all exempt,
nonexempt and temporary workers; writes and places advertisements; works with supervisors to screen and interview candidates; conducts reference checking; extends job offers; conducts new-employee orientations; monitors career-path program and employee relations counseling; conducts exit interviews. /liliEstablishes and maintains department records and reports. Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings, such as seminars. Maintains organizational charts and employee directory. /liliEvaluates reports, decisions and results of department initiatives in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed. /liliEnsures compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws. /li /ulh3Experience and Skills /h3ulliFluent in both Spanish and English is required. /lili5+ years of Human Resources and/or recruiting experience. /liliBasic knowledge of HR reporting and record keeping requirements. /liliStrong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization and be respectful of diverse cultures /liliProficiency in using Microsoft Office (especially excel) and embrace technology, other computer applications and programs /liliAccurate and attentive to detail with high degree of organization. /liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills. /liliAbility to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. /li /ulh3Education /h3ulliHigh School Diploma required; a higher degree is a plus /liliHuman Resources, recruiting or related experience, training etc. /liliPHR or SHRM CP a plus /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
