Responsibilities will include development of our Bar team, working closely with the Bar Manager in leading the outlet, checking the menus and wine and cocktail lists, controlling costs through effective scheduling, purchasing activities, inventory control and cost control measures, being highly visible in the operation, providing recognition, promoting good public relations and taking care of special requests with dedication to providing an attentive and distinctive experience for our guests.
