The role provides leadership in preventing occupational injuries, illnesses, and environmental impacts while promoting a strong safety culture and supporting operational excellence. /p h3bYour Responsibilities will be: /b /h3 ul liDefine and deploy the plant EHS strategy aligned with Corporate objectives and sustainability goals. /li liDevelop annual EHS objectives, targets, and action plans. /li liPromote a proactive Safety culture through visible leadership and employee engagement initiatives. /li liLead continuous improvement programs aimed at achieving world‑class EHS performance. /li liIntegrate EHS principles into operational and manufacturing excellence systems. /li /ul pMaintain awareness of regulatory developments and ensure timely implementation of new requirements.
