Key Responsabilities * Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales through tailored advice * Ensure visual and stock merchandising standards are consistently maintained * Replenish and organize product displays for maximum availability and appeal * Maintain fitting rooms and support customers during try-ons * Operate the cash register in compliance with company policies * Foster a positive team environment through courtesy and collaboration Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required * Previous experience as a Sales Assistant in a ready-to-wear retail brand, premium or luxury level; * Excellent knowledge of English (any other languages will be considered plus); * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; * Reliability, dynamism, courtesy and flexibility in schedules.
