Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the Legal & Compliance function for EMEA and LATAM, guiding strategic advisory, risk management, and regulatory affairs. You will partner with regional leadership to enable compliant growth and uphold corporate integrity across fast-moving markets. The position blends hands?on leadership with shaping regional programs, policies, and external engagements. This is an opportunity to influence governance at scale within a global diagnostics leader. Retribuzione / Benefits * Lead and develop regional Legal & Compliance teams across EMEA & LATAM * Provide strategic legal counsel to senior leadership on commercial, regulatory, employment, and corporate matters * Draft and negotiate complex agreements including commercial, development, supply,
