Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the industrialization of new semiconductor packages in high-volume backend manufacturing. You will drive process development, qualification, and a smooth transition from development to production while meeting business targets. You will work with R&D;, Product Quality, and suppliers to establish robust, scalable processes.
