We help Life Sciences & Healthcare company to unleash the potential of every Bid and Tender — and for that, we need you to join us as a Junior Sales Operations. The team You'll be part of our Sales team, working closely with Customer Account, Marketing and Product. You'll play a key role in supporting the commercial engine of FBK, helping structure processes, improve data quality, and enable the Sales team to perform at their best, while growing your skills through a structured learning path. The work you'll do * Support the Sales team in managing and optimizing processes and workflows * Maintain and update CRM data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability * Help prepare sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts to support data-driven decision making * Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support lead management, pipeline tracking, and handover processes * Assist in monitoring key sales KPIs and performance metrics * Support the preparation of sales materials, presentations, and internal documentation * Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales tools, templates, and operational processes The skills you bring * Degree or ongoing studies in Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering, or a related field * Fluent in Italian (mother tongue) and proficient in English (B2 or higher) * Strong interest in sales operations,
