Data Engineer – Team Process Optimization (m/f/d) Our Process Optimization team is looking for a Data Engineer (m/w/d) to help us turn operational data into actionable insight and drive continuous improvement across the business. What awaits you : * Analyze business processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and translate process-improvement questions into data solutions, working closely with process owners and business stakeholder * Design, development, and optimization of scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, and semantic data models using Python, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Fabric, ensuring high-quality, governed data that supports analytics, reporting, and process optimization. * Develop interactive Microsoft Power BI dashboards and analytical reports that deliver actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making. * Document technical solutions, promote data engineering best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement through automation and process standardization initiatives What you bring along: * Experience in Data Engineering or a similar role * Proven experience designing and implementing ETL/ELT processes * Programming skills in Python * SQL knowledge and experience with relational databases * Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure data services * Experience developing dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI * Solid understanding of data modeling, dimensional modeling, and data warehousing concepts * Experience integrating data from APIs, databases, ERP systems,
