In this role you will support the main production plan for two plants, optimize material supply, and develop daily production schedules to fulfill shipping requests. You'll translate the production plan into supplier planning, manage long lead?time materials, and drive cost?reduction and stock?optimization efforts. You will work to improve production efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives and SAP?supported operations. Responsibilities Support the main production plan for two plants and manage material supply via open orders Issue supply orders promptly and ensure correct procurement of components and spare parts Develop daily production plans to meet shipping requests for finished products, accessories, and components Translate production plan into supplier planning and define procurement inputs Implement cost?reduction activities and policies maintaining service levels Support improvement activities in the Operations area on SAP Optimize inventory levels and maintain predefined service levels Manage materials with long lead times for production and spare parts Promote continuous improvement in Operations Qualifications Master in Management Engineering xrdztoy or Economics (or equivalent) Strong command of Excel 1–2 years of experience or recent graduate Strong knowledge of production processes, logistics, and inventory management Experience with SAP; other production planning systems a plus Excellent organizational and problem?solving abilities Teamwork in multicultural environments; proactive approach Cost management and reduction knowledge Excellent communication and interpersonal skills #J-*****-Ljbffr
