What can you expect
We are looking for a hands-on and motivated team member to support and execute our
pop
-up
set ups for the Italian market
The position requires extensive travel (70% travel – 30% office-based), as this role will be responsible for pop-up set-ups and sales activities for the
Italian market.
The role is based in Milan.
Support the planning and coordination of pop-up events, including hands-on on-site presence at each location
Organize team travel and logistics, coordinating venues, schedules, and timelines to ensure smooth operations
Collaborate closely with venue partners, suppliers, and internal teams to guarantee seamless execution
Manage product orders and ensure accurate quantities for every pop-up location
Oversee the setup and dismantling of pop-up spaces, maintaining high standards throughout
Actively engage with customers on-site, contributing to sales goals and creating a memorable shopping experience
Your profile
You bring over 3 years of hands-on experience in retail, pop-up stores, and event management, thriving in dynamic and fast-paced environments
You are highly organized,



with excellent logistical and planning skills that ensure every project runs smoothly
You have a results-driven, sales-oriented mindset and enjoy turning opportunities into success
You are a strong communicator, able to build relationships and inspire both colleagues and customers alike
You are fluent in English and comfortable working in an international, collaborative setting
