This role is tailored for individuals who have a keen interest in financial technologies and are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer support. As a representative, you will assist clients in Italian, providing guidance and assistance regarding various financial services and products.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries related to FinTech products and services, including account setup, transactions, and troubleshooting via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
Offer clear and concise information about financial products, helping customers understand their features and benefits.
Assist customers with issues related to their accounts and transactions, ensuring swift resolutions.
Resolve any complaints and feedback effectively, aiming for high levels of customer satisfaction.
Document all customer interactions diligently in the CRM system for accurate record-keeping.




Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and enhance the overall customer experience.
Stay informed about financial regulations, products, and industry trends to provide relevant assistance.
Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the FinTech or financial services sector.
Strong communication skills with an ability to convey complex information clearly.
Problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to customer issues.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and financial applications is a plus.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
Relocation to Greece is required for this position.
