Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking Italian-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a prestigious Japanese multinational company in Greece. In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed professionally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding products, services, and order inquiries.
Assist with troubleshooting, product information, and issue resolution.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions using CRM tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate where necessary.
Stay informed about company products, policies,



and updates to provide accurate and current information.
Provide feedback to improve customer service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage.
Experience in customer service, preferably with multinational companies or in similar industries.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
