Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for dedicated Italian-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a leading telecom company in Greece. As a Customer Expert, you will deliver high-quality support and assistance to Italian-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries related to telecom products, services, and technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional and timely customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding telecom services, billing, and technical support.
Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues, managing subscriptions, and understanding product offerings.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
Collaborate with technical and sales teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Stay updated on the latest telecom products, services,



and company policies to provide accurate information.
Provide feedback to improve customer service processes and customer satisfaction.
Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
Experience in customer service, preferably within the telecom industry or technical support.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital customer service tools.
Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
Passion for telecommunications and technology.
