Key Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service and assistance to Italian-speaking FinTech customers through phone, email, and chat platforms.
Handle inquiries related to financial products, transactions, account management, and technical issues.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently and improve overall service quality.
Stay updated with developments in FinTech products, industry trends,



and relevant regulations.
Provide insightful feedback to enhance customer experience and operational workflows.
Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is strongly preferred.
Experience in customer service roles, preferably in the FinTech or financial services sectors.
Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-oriented approach.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
Competency with CRM applications and digital support tools.
Willingness to relocate to Greece with paid relocation support provided.
