Mechanical Engineering Manager

Role and Responsibilities
As a Mechanical Engineer, you'll play a key role in:
Researching, designing, and developing
advanced mechanical and hydraulic fluid transfer systems for precision agriculture
Driving innovation




by ensuring that every product meets — and exceeds — quality expectations and industry standards throughout development and production
Supporting continuous improvement
, cost optimization and efficiency initiatives
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to
deliver reliable solutions
that meet customer needs
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum
5 years of experience
in a similar role
Master's degree
in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
Excellent command of
CAD tools
and
PLM
(Product Lifecycle Management)
Strong experience in
plastic injection-molded component design
Solid knowledge of
pneumatic and hydraulic systems
Strong proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite
(especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Solid understanding of
project management principles
and
FMEA
(Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
Experience with
FEM simulation
is a plus
Intermediate level of
English
